    Storyline:O记督查王志淙（黄日华 饰）和上司陈桂（蔡国权 饰）结为搭档，共同打击罪恶，弘扬正义。然而，当王志淙出差归来之时，却发现陈桂已经离职，而接任陈桂成为自己搭档的，竟然是平日里就同自宿怨良多的国际刑警高级督察梁家伟（罗嘉良 饰），再加上他们同时喜欢上了名为方小芳（黎姿 饰）的美丽导游小姐，彼此之间的关系更是水火不容，一场没有硝烟的战争似乎正要拉开序幕。就在这个节骨眼上，王志淙的旧搭档林永泰（陈锦鸿 饰）意外回归，可是，此时的他亦麻烦缠身，陷入了感情漩涡之中无法自拔。罪犯们可没有假期，繁华的大都市中，每时每刻都在发生着犯罪行动，人心涣散的O记能否再次齐心合力？
