Storyline:
影片根据真实事件改编，讲述了即将被处决的死刑犯郑立棍（肖央 饰）在押运途中突遇地震，看守所坍塌成废墟，死里逃生的郑立棍看似获得了突如其来的“自由”，但其实已经陷入另一场炼狱之中......与此同时警察尉迟晓（阿云嘎 饰）决定临时 组织一支“不一样的”救援队。在天灾面前，仅剩24小时生命的死囚会逃生还是救人？负责看管他的警察又该如何抉择？所有人都站在了命运的岔路口上……
